I just got back from Walmart. I have a love-hate relationship with that store really. I mean it's great, not to be too cliche, but you can get EVERYTHING in one store. Unfortunately, that also means that everybody else is there. That's what I hate about it. I feel like once you go, you have to commit to at least a one hour experience, maybe more depending on your attention deficit level and how many unneeded isles you feel the need to check out.
I am at home in Katy and my house is freezing. Literally, I think I see the carpets frosting over. My parents do this 'innocent' thing every year where they don't turn on the heater because they want to get the heater guy to come check it out first (or so they say.) So they don't call the heater guy until like February. I personally think they are trying to save on electricity bills. So when I got home from call today I had to put on two entire layers of clothing: long sleeve shirt with sweatshirt, sweatpants over pajama pants, and two layers of socks. I swear it is twenty degrees warmer outside. I of course complained to my mom and she mumbled something vague about pipes and the heater guy, not making eye contact the whole time. SIGH.
Hey at least I am not at work, right?
Question of the day: what do you do with a pimple that has been on your face for so long it no longer even identifies itself as a pimple, but has taken on your skin color and is now pretending to be a natural part of the terrain? one month and counting!
Any thoughts?
:)
