The Light
to resort to cliches: The Light At The End Of The Tunnel. Yes all capitals. I kind of feel this symbolizes where I am today. It's been a rough few months and I didn't really feel a need put the actual tunnelling on this blog. But things are turning a corner, perhaps because second year is finally coming to an end, perhaps because, well, to continue in the same vein, time heals.
I am seeing my sisters and mom off to Egypt today, and am excited to be joining them soon!! My first real vacation in two years. Sure I have taken weekend trips and days off, but not for two whole weeks in a row!! My dad just put on a suit to go to the airport and drop them off. I told him he looked nice and he said 'well, you know, you need to look professional in these places.' I hesitated to ask, but did ask, why? Clearly 'so they know you are not a terrrorist.'
Terrorists, take note, if you really want to be undercover, wear a suit?
:)
