Is there something I am missing?
Does anyone know if $3.99 dry cleaning is better than $1.25 dry cleaning? I went to a place on Kirby the other day and the starting price was $3.99/garment. Um. And then I was thinking why is that there are dry cleaning places in the suburbs at least that offer much cheaper prices.
and what is the difference????
any thoughts?

three sentences about dry cleaning? fine. i'll take it. my theory: no difference. they just know they can get away with it in rich west u b/c dry cleaning is one of those things that has to be super convenient so they figure people will pay more for proximity. maybe. i don't think i've ever tried the fancy places, though, so really i have no idea what i'm talking about. but that's what you get for blogging about dry cleaning.
hey i got a comment out of you didn't I?

i don't know, maybe they don't melt your buttons? (mama is still ticked about that)
excellent point doha. excellent discourse. ff
I think it matters when you have something more expensive or a special material...like leather, fur, your wedding dress. but, for your everyday work pants and shirts, the cheaper the better.
